Fife Housing Association has become the first Scottish associate member of LHC, using the OJEU compliant, pre-tendered framework arrangement for U8 PVC-U Windows & Doors, to deliver their planned maintenance programme to contribute to achieving the Scottish Housing Quality Standards by 2015.
