A significant efficiency offered by LHC framework arrangements is taking away the requirement for you to have to go through the full tendering process.
This is because the products and services offered by LHC as part of framework arrangements will have been evaluated and selected in accordance with the European Directive for Public Works, Supplies and Contracts.
Therefore, it is not necessary for you to go through the process, saving you significant amounts of time and money.
LHC frameworks allow you to save going through a full OJEU process, by awarding call-off contracts (defined as “specific contracts” in the Public Sector Regulations) either as a Direct Award or as a result of a Mini-Competition.
These processes are fully documented and available from LHC on request.
