With regard to the recent announcement of the Thomas Vale Group being acquired by Bouygues Construction subsidiary, Bouygues Bâtiment International, Thomas Vale have advised of their continued commitment to their relationship with LHC and all its customers.

LHC understands that the anticipated timescale for completion of the acquisition is five weeks from April 10, but should the European Competition Commission require further clarification this period could increase to 10 weeks.
