
Quality needs to be assured. The most effective method of quality assurance in the installation of building components is to undertake site inspections.
When using LHC Network arrangements, clients can take advantage of the service provided free of charge by LHC Technical Officers to visit sites to inspect quality, report back to the client and help to quickly resolve any difficulties.
In partnering programmes, this is implemented as only one element of a performance monitoring regime which can be developed by LHC as part of the project team to ensure project objectives are met.
For each, key performance indicators are established, implemented and acted upon by LHC in conjunction with its Network supplier(s). These will include 5 standard KPIs which LHC use to benchmark the performance of all its Network suppliers:
