
Where the estimated contract value is above monetary thresholds set out in the EU Directive, public sector users must demonstrate that the procurement process conforms to the detailed rules of the regulations including advertising in the Official Journal of the European Union. Supplies contracts tend to be those for supply only of product. Works contracts include an installation element.
LHC Network framework arrangements have been established to meet the definition of either 'Supplies' or “Works” or both, as shown below.
