Also provided is access to copies of Prior information notices (PINs), Contract notices and Award notices required by the European Commission, as well as Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) - used to select “Economic Operators” who will be invited to submit tenders.
All LHC framework arrangements are tendered on the basis that they are available for use by LHC Full member contracting authorities and LHC Associate member contracting authorities, together with other public sector bodies that may wish to become an LHC Network member. This list includes publicly funded local authorities, housing associations, RSLs, Tenant Management Organisations and ALMOs throughout the United Kingdom.
