The LHC procurement process for building components and services is carried out in strict accordance with the European Directive, by experienced LHC Development Officers. A two-stage tender process is followed: Stage 1 - company credentials; stage 2 - product, services and prices.
All company credentials and aspects of a product or service are studied in greater depth than is normally possible for the individual specifier.
LHC companies are appointed on their ability to deliver Best Value solutions, ensuring efficiency gains are achieved without compromising quality.
