A copy of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) can be downloaded here either as a pdf or word document. This document should be completed and returned with any expression of interest in the arrangement.
PQQs will only appear for each arrangement when the relevant Contract Notice is officially published on this site.
