LHC Members

LHC Full members have responsibility for the management of LHC through Elected Members to the LHC Board (see LHC Constitution).

They have access to any surpluses generated by the operating activity of LHC but undertake to fund any deficit, should this occur. 

Current LHC Full members are:

  • London Borough of Barnet
  • London Borough of Brent
  • London Borough of Camden
  • London Borough of Ealing
  • London Borough of Hackney
  • London Borough of Haringey
  • London Borough of Hillingdon
  • London Borough of Islington
  • London Borough of Tower Hamlets
  • The Anchor Trust
  • Buckinghamshire County Council

To become an LHC Full member, public sector authorities must have served at least three years as an LHC Associate member.
