LHC Makes Its Debut At CIH Scotland
LHC is making its debut at CIH Scotland with a complete package of procurement solutions and services, all designed to help Scottish social landlords deliver savings whilst achieving best value though collaborative procurement.
Visitors to stand B24 can learn more about LHC’s new Whole House Refurbishment (WH1) framework arrangement), which can provide social landlords with a one-stop-shop procurement option and incorporates specific energy efficiency measures.
The leading public sector consortium will also have on display its complete framework arrangement portfolio, to demonstrate how it can help housing associations across Scotland to achieve Government targets for housing.
Clive Feeney, LHC Scotland Area Manager said: “Part of CIH Scotland’s aim is to work to shape housing and support more than 2,800 members. And LHC believes it can play a significant part in offering cost effective and sustainable procurement solutions to help this happen quickly and efficiently.
“By demonstrating our new WH1 all encompassing framework arrangement, alongside our complete procurement service offerings, we believe there is no reason for Scottish social landlords to go anywhere else than LHC to meet all the Government’s ambitious targets for housing.”
