LHC Network members are able to undertake all repairs to the external envelope of a building using LHC Network framework arrangements. Two arrangements are highlighted in this section:
External envelope repairs, is a comprehensive arrangement offering the supply and installation of built-up flat roofing and pitched roofing including extensive green roofs, brickwork repairs, concrete repairs, external insulation and cladding renewal.
Insulation and associated works, is specific to cavity wall and loft insulation and is supported by funding from the Energy Efficiency Commitment scheme.
The above arrangements include a provision for “associated works” which enables the user to cater for items such as repairs to soffits, fascias and gutters.
In addition, users will be able to integrate these arrangements with the Windows &doors arrangements to assemble a fully comprehensive package of external repair works.
