LHC Operations Group

The LHC Operations Group pursues the aim of LHC by establishing a set of goals presented in the annual LHC Business Plan.

The goals reflect the vision of LHC to become a Centre of Excellence for public sector building procurement and are structured around their five values:

  • engaging with members to fully understand there needs
  • delivering procurement solution to meet those needs
  • modernising and continually improving LHC operations
  • measuring, monitoring and benchmarking everything we do
  • raising standards through attracting and retaining staff.
The LHC Business Plan is designed to generate a surplus of income over expenditure incurred through the LHC Operations Group. The surplus is redistributed to LHC members at the end of the financial year.
