Working in collaboration with Registered Social Landlords across the South West, LHC has developed the H1 Housing Construction framework to assist with the government’s target of building 300,000 homes every year. The new framework serves the South West, and will roll out for the rest of England in 2019.
Suitable for use by all publicly funded bodies throughout England, the framework is compliant with all UK and European Public Procurement regulations.
The framework supports the provision of new build housing projects, including, housing, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation and associated works, and includes a provision for land purchase.
Lots are split by project size and region, with appointed companies allowed to offer partial regional coverage, to optimise capacity and encourage a mix of supplier, and thereby support a wide range of projects from single smaller sites to complex multi-site projects.
It will be operated under two workstreams – one for consultants, one for contractors.
Workstream 1: Consultancy Services - will launch in January.
Workstream 2: Construction - is available now.
