This is an opportunity to provide social landlords in Scotland with guidance and advice on the impact of procurement legislation on their organisations, to enable organisations to carry out specific procurement activities.
This is specifically in connection with the Proposed Public Contracts (Scotland) 2016 Regulations, Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and enabling instruments and guidance.
The role will involve developing and presenting guidance through documentation, presentations and workshops, telephone and face-to face advice, disseminating best practice to SFHA members and other social landlords.
This opportunity may be suitable for a secondment for SFHA Members.
