Cassillis Court – formerly Barbieston Road – is an affordable housing development located in Dalrymple, East Ayrshire. The project is comprised of 11 two-bedroom properties, including 2 two-bedroom homes specifically designed for older and ambulant disabled residents and one wheelchair-accessible bungalow. Submitted for the first ever SPA Awards, this project won the Best Housing Project Award.
The new Extra Care facility in Aberaman, Aberdare is the result of a collaboration between Linc Cymru and Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.
Work on replacing the original roof structure and finish at Walthamstow School for Girls was carried out from July to December 2020.
